Ways to detox

- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
- Drink smoothie and juice to cleanse your    organs.
- Stop all sugary diet and drinks.
- Take vitamin C, it helps the body produce glutathione, a liver compound that drives away toxins.
- Drink at least 12 cups of water a day.
- Breathe deeply to allow oxygen to circulate through your system.
- Bath a least two times a day.
