Basic Health Tips

        In enjoying life to the fullest you need to defend yourself as much as you can against illnesses and diseases. You can achieve this through your diet, environment and lifestyle. Here are basic everyday tips to guide you through.

- Handle your food with care and respect
- Make fruits and vegetable part of your everyday meal
- Do not leave the house without taking breakfast
- Do not eat high calorie and huge food after 7p.m
- Serve your meal in smaller plates in other to avoid the temptation of eating large potions
- Do away with or totally cut down on your sugar intake
- Do not drink cold water on fatty food.
- Drink lots of water in the day time and less at night
- Do not eat cooked food until 12 noon
- Do not take your dietary supplements with cold water
- Stop every bad/unhealthy habits that you have been used to.
