Cucumber (fat burner)

Cucumber is an excellent fat burning food, it has rich contents of two trace minerals sulphur and silicon. It is also high in water content and thus act as diuretic preventing the belly to bloat. When you add cucumbers with lemon it becomes a super mixture for burning fat.

- Slice cucumber and put in a bowl
- Slice some lemon and add to the cucumber
- Add water and leave over night
- Take first thing in the morning.
