Know Your Body

Teaching your body to burn fat daily will boost your performance and give the body fat a proper send off, while your body enjoy all round good health .

Most times our body cling to fat because of bad lifestyles and stress, such lifestyles include:

- Bad diet: Every time you sit at a meal you make a decision concerning your life, healthy diet contributes to an individual's life span.

- Unhealthy fat: These fats easily settle under the skin and later pose as health hazards.

-Sugary foods: Contributes largely to overweight 

-Lack of exercise: Simple exercise is better than no exercise at all.
